Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Subscriptions

  • Non-Refundable: All digital subscription purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

Print Subscriptions

  • Refunds for print subscriptions will only be issued if:
    • You cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase and have not received any printed editions.
    • There are delivery issues, such as undelivered magazines, for which we are at fault.

Merchandise

  • Eligible merchandise can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process for Merchandise

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at returns@thefoodeaters.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@thefoodeaters.com with a description and photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
